Keyvasa runs your front desk: walk in, phone and online bookings on one calendar, quick check in, the guest register with ID, and a nightly day close.
Keyvasa Concierge
Guests check in before arrival with an ID for every adult, use the room QR for WiFi, chat and requests, and see and pay the bill on their phone.
Fraud and money checks
Checks in every Keyvasa plan: cash never above the bill, a blind drawer count, a security check on refunds and voids, alerts, a nightly lock and an audit trail.
Keyvasa Watch CCTV
Keyvasa Watch checks your hotel CCTV and sends a short alert with a photo: a room in use with no guest, an empty desk, after hours movement or a covered camera.
Housekeeping
Room attendants see their next room on the phone and mark it clean. Keyvasa plans the day, flags slow rooms and gives each request a person and a time limit.
Restaurant and kitchen
Keyvasa runs your hotel restaurant till and kitchen screen. Orders go to the kitchen, food goes on the room bill, and cancelled or free orders can alert you.
Billing and GST
Keyvasa puts the right GST on every hotel bill, sends UPI payment links, takes card and cash, sends e invoices for bills to a GSTIN, and matches GSTR 2B.
Channel manager
Keyvasa keeps prices, rooms left and bookings in step with 15 booking sites, including Booking.com, MakeMyTrip, Goibibo, Agoda, Expedia, Airbnb and Google.
Door locks
Keyvasa makes key cards at your front desk for supported lock brands, including ASSA ABLOY VingCard, dormakaba, Salto, Onity, Hune and Adel. Add on, ₹975 a month.
TVs and printers
Live Keyvasa boards for the desk, housekeeping and kitchen on any TV with a browser, and bills printed on A4 from any desk computer. No special hardware.
Owner reports
The Keyvasa owner view on your phone: rooms filled, revenue, average rate and money at risk, a morning summary, and monthly reports for your accountant.
