A channel manager connects your hotel software to the booking sites you sell on. When you change a price or a room sells, it updates every site at once, and it brings each new booking into your calendar. That stops double bookings and saves typing the same change into many extranets.

Every site sells from the same count of rooms left. When a room is booked on one site, at the desk or on your own booking page, the count drops everywhere, and when the last room of a type is gone it closes on every site. No one has to remember to update each extranet.

Do I still pay the booking sites?
Yes. Each booking site charges its own commission under your contract with it. Keyvasa does not take a commission on bookings; you pay a monthly price per room. Your own booking page, on Plus and above, lets guests book you directly, so no booking site takes a cut of those bookings.

Common questions
Do I need a separate channel manager?
No. On Plus and above the channel manager is part of Keyvasa, with the same calendar as your front desk.
Can I set different prices on different sites?
Ask us on the demo call how you want to price each site, and we will show you how to set it up for your hotel.
What if the internet goes down at the hotel?
The connection to the booking sites runs from our servers, not from your desk computer, so it does not depend on the hotel’s internet. The desk sees new bookings when it is back online.
