Take restaurant and bar orders on the till, send them to the kitchen screen, and add them to the guest’s room bill, so nothing is charged twice or forgotten at check out.
How does a hotel restaurant bill go on the room bill?
When a waiter takes an order for a guest staying in the hotel, they pick the room on the till. The kitchen sees the order on its screen, and the food is added to the guest’s room bill. At check out the guest sees one bill, and a cancelled or free order leaves a trace.
What is included?
Every plan includes the restaurant till, with bills, GST and payments, and the kitchen screen that shows each order to the cooks. The Pro plan adds the restaurant floor with tables. Food for a staying guest can be added to their room bill, so the guest pays once at check out.

How do I stop free or cancelled orders going unnoticed?
Switch on the alert for a food order cancelled or given free. Every such order is recorded with who did it and when, and the alert comes to your phone. Cancelling a bill item needs an extra security check on the phone, so it cannot be done quietly by anyone at the till.

Can guests order food from their phone?
Not yet. Ordering food from the guest’s own phone is not built. Today staff take the order on the till, by phone or at the table, and it goes to the kitchen screen and onto the bill. Guests can message the desk by chat on Keyvasa Concierge on Plus and above.

Common questions
Does it print kitchen tickets?
The kitchen sees orders on a screen. Bills print on A4 from any desk computer. Ask us on the demo call about the printers you already have.
Can the restaurant serve walk in customers too?
Yes. The till takes walk in customers too; only staying guests can have food added to a room bill.
Does it work with Tally?
Tally export is an add on at ₹975 a month.
